I went to the store and I bought Mobil 1 synthetic oil and a Bosch oil filter since they didn't have mobile 1 filters my problem is that the book said my oil filter number is d3323 so I went to put my filter on and it was allot smaller in diameter than the old one but I still was able to thread it on and tighten it good but I just looked it up and it's the oil filter number for the gst gsx eclipse will it be safe to have in since I started my car and there was no leaks?

Short Answer: It will be fine.

Long Answer: The turbo oil filter should be larger than the N/T. Anyway, if it is good enough for a turbo car it will be MORE than good enough for a non-turbo.

Bosch Oil Filter:

95 n/t : 3402
95 Turbo: 3323
