Far passenger side bolt broke flush with the head, how do I remove this?

I've seen easy out used before but where this bolt is isn't the easiest place to get to..

your pretty much gonna have to pull the head so you can get a good angle on it to ez out or use a bolt extractor. you MAY be able to get away with just pulling the intake manifold and fuel rail and do it with the head still in the car

I would first try a punch and see if you can try to turn the bolt. If not than a reverse drill bit or drill and easy out. You should have plenty of room with the fuel rail removed.
