The 6-pin plug you've linked to goes to this: http://members.shaw.ca/dsm.1000q/Engineprimer/1G/solenoids.htm.

Neither of these, the cruise control plug nor the solenoid pack plug, will keep your car from cranking.

That thing is no longer in my car but ok any idea where to begin everything else is plugged in the car was cranking before i changed this

Check that you are getting voltage to the starter. If not, figure out why. That's 12v on the large black w/ red wire and a switched 12v when the key is in the START position for the black with yellow wire.

I see you got that thing changed out man I was sure the problem lied in the harness wiring it was a mess.

Yeah i dont know what it is ###### overlooking it im sure i put quite a few hours in today working on it so kinda exhausted

Have you checked the wiring for the clutch pedal switch or neutral safety switch if its an auto? Also have you check all of the major fuses to make sure you don't have a blown one?
