help please with timing, car running opposite

my intake cam bolt was stuck on the 2g as well only thing that helped was my torch (THANK YOU HEAT) but i had 3 different people try to break it loose and it wouldnt, heat is a tool every mechanic should have!!

Oh yeah i knew to get all the pistons down, it was my first time doing this much mechanical work on the car but i do have a good understanding of how engines work.
And yes the car was running with the way it was set up, even with the cam lobes pointing away from one another, what makes you think it could be a 2.4?

The reason I asked if it was a 2.4?.
Because those extra holes on the cam gears are there so the sprockets can be used on a 2.4.
Just thought you should be sure it is a 2.0 before switching holes.

Depending upon how much heat you had to use... you might need a new cam seal??

Ah nice to know if i decide to switch over to a 2.4. no i made sure not to melt anything just losen the threads up
