Well last night when I was driving the battery light and brake light came on and now there stuck on I had this happen before, that’s when my alternator went out but this time I have 13volts showing on the safc what could this be?

Could still be the alt, or the battery. My AFC was still showing 14volts on a trashed battery, my TT was blinking on and off at random times and my amps would cut on and off. An Optima fixed it all.

yeah im using a Optima red top

same thing happened to me when alt belt fell off other than that never happened again.
