Hello.
I'm Alan, 19 y/o from Minnetonka MN.
I guess you could say I've been lurking around for quite a while, but for some reason my first account (when my car actually ran) never recieved a confirmation e-mail.. so here I am with a newer account.
I'm going to school for electronics and waiting to move into a house so I have a place to work on my dead car.

Been here forever (user ID 381). Been out of DSM's for about a yr. and a half. Now I'm back What can I say, I'm addicted. Anyways...26yrs. old, live just outside Savannah, GA. Electronics Tech. for Gulstream Aerospace. This is my 4th DSM. And my strongest to date. I do 99% of my own work. I hate to have to let someone else touch my cars. The good, the bad, the ugly...I've seen/been through it all w/ these wonderful cars.

I'm not new either...what I am doing here?
Never formally introduced myself.
Kelly Prine, 25 y/o white male. married, 11 mo. old daughter, one in the tubes!!
I own more vehicles than I know what to do with:
2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew
1998 Mitsubishi Eclispe GSX (mods in profile)
1999 Oldmobile Cutlass GL
1969 Dodge Dart Swinger (awaiting Big Block 440 and some Nitrous)
I am a Master Certified ASE Automotive Mechanic. I recently seperated from the USAF in December of 2002. I have owned 5 different DSMs, and I am absolutely addicted to AWD/TURBO cars.
I am currently unemployed (haha you can do that when you have residual income! ), I am leaning towards becoming a entrepeuner in the near future.
I hate letting anyone touch my car, I believe the passenger seat should be the only thing another man touchs on my car., the sunroof/back seat can be touched by random females. j/k
I have been Own3d more than once by KPT321, funny I'm sure it'll happen again.
I am glad to be a part of the DSM community because we are all here for the same reason..share/exchange valuable information and I'm just trying to do my part.
C-ya around,
gsxtacy

HI,
My name is Jason, 24
New to DSM's but I'm a research type person.
When I paid off my 2000 Cherokee Limited (4WD, 4.7 v8)
wanted a sports car and was looking at a Evo but seen all the positives to a 1G and of coarse the price diff so went with it. Done a few modes and I love it as much as I love Jeepin.
General Manager of a pizza joint, live in my area and drive a DSM, free pizza for you! Next! (Pizza Nazi)
Love this website and all the great info that you fill your brain with from it. Thanks Luda
Whats even better are the heated debates over parts and setups that crack me up.
Not much of a mechanic but like to work on things. Hope to get my car in the 400 to 500 range in the next year, its my daily driver but not really. Drive the Grand occasionally, have a Prestine '94 Wrangler that sits in the Garrage with the top off 365 and only gets driven in the summer.
My friends think I'm crazy, drive the Talon in the winter and the Jeep in the summer? I'm just lazy and don't like puttin the top on except to have it detailed and undercoated once a year.
Other than that I'm glad to be a part of this community and wish I had more going on with DSMers locally

Hello ALL!!!!!!!!!
HI!!! I just wanted to introduce myself, I'm new to posting to the board, but I've been a LURKER for a LONG time! I am currently on my second 97 GS-t, my first one every problem it had it went to my mechanic, and i got rid of it for that reason, as all of you guys would probably know, SO MANY PROBLEMS!! This time, I'm working on it all myself! So, I figured I'd register and start to post ALL of my stupid questions, SO.. PLEASE BEAR WITH ME, I do know alot, just don't know how to "do it!" my only request is not to talk to me like a "STUPID GIRL" i'm not that at all!!
So far, I've done all the basic mods, plus, the bigger turbo, that i wanted to wait for, but my stock turbo burned out on me, so, I decided to just upgrade at that point, and got a really good deal on a 18psi turbo and side mount for only $40. I have a compression fitting as my boost controller (PROUDLY constructed in the aisle of Home Depot) and that keeps the boost set around 15psi.
Thanks in advance for ALL THE HELP YOUR GONNA GIVE ME!!!!
