Hello All,
Name-Josh
Age-23
Sex-Yes Love it
Car-Non DSM owner soon will be if all goes well.
Location-FOB Speicher,Iraq playing in the dust"they call it sand box.. why???".
Serious Note-I am emberessed with the car I own thats why its not Listed. "Cough....2003 Eclipse GTS......Cough". It will be gone when I get home.
Reason not having one now- A year ago I decided not to get a DSM when I was on a forum and got bashed to all **** when I asked about a 3rd Gen. But now have changed my mind. I am going to be in the DC,VA area when I get out the Army in about 8 months. I have been scanning the Forums secretly for the past 5.5 months and will continue. I am tring to get knowledgeable on the car. I have not made many post if any besides this one.\
Major Fear-Crankwalk issue which is my biggest fear upon these cars.

Hi. I'm Jason
32 years old, guess I'm and old man here.
I just got my old hands on a very cherry 95 GSX. The thing only has 39k on the odometer and ride like it too. Who know boost was so much fun.

Hey I am Joseph. I have one of the baddest Mighty Maxs on the face of this Earth! http://www.mightyd50.com/gallery/browseimages.php?c=22 It is a 91 2.4 and want to have a shop do a Hybrid with a 1G head and at least a 16g turbo. I will be reading around but if you can point me to a shop here in Texas or in the south please do. I am trying to get the stance right now but the motor will be coming soon. I am bagged on 20's and the body drop will start next month after Gator Drag. If you own a shop that has done this and it is show quality let me know. I want to jump on the track about 1/4 inch off the ground and tear it up. But it must look good.
Thanks
Joseph

Hi all,
My name is Dana, I think I introduced myself a while ago, but I'm not quite sure. Anyway, I drive a 95 GSX with the 97-99 front end conversion, a few mods here and there. Mainly turbo, FMIC, injectors, and a few other minor things. I've had my car for about 3 years now, almost 150,xxx miles on her, but I swear she still runs young! Lets see here, I live in Green Bay, WI *ick on the cold weather!* I dont really race anymore, turning my baby into my 5-year project so that should be interesting. Any questions, or comments, feel free to contact me. I will talk to just about anyone, its cool.
Have a good one!

I don't know where I've been to have missed this thread for this long but hey,
My name is Dennis. I'm 29, married and have a baby on the way.
I've owned a 95 TSI (wrecked, not my fault), 97 TSI AWD(wrecked), 99 GST(sold) and now a 97 GSX. This is the only one I've ever modded and I have a lot of fun doing most of my own work.
Thanks Chris for the site, I've learned a lot.

Hey Everyone,
My name is Mike, I'm 17 and have been driving a 91' GSX since I rebuilt it almost 2 years ago. The big 16G and 3in catback is about the extend of my modifications, but after recently getting hit, I'm in the market for a late 1G now.

New to DSM, "HI ALL"
Hello everyone! My Wife and myself have a '99 10th anniversary OZ edition Mitizi eclipse. She is black with Tan and black interior, and we have had her since new! She wants to leave it stock saying" She runs great now, if you mess with her, she'll run crappy" . I on the other hand have a nice Holset hx35 turbo in the gargage that would look great under the hood. What do you guys think? Tom

Names, Eric, or Louie, either one works. Just got a 91 TSI AWD with a blown tranny, previous owner did some various crap mods that i'm gonna undo and make a killer street ride. Building a 70 duster to run 10's N/A and have a 01 dakota QC that runs in the 13's on spray.
Anyone needs any general car help, I'm pretty good with most stuff, or welding help, advice, or work, lemme know, I have a mig, and can weld just about any process, just gotta get the funds for the tig.

Hello all,
I thought I've posted here but from the looks of my count, I'm wrong.
Anyway, my name is Phil and about a year during Christmas break I bought a 91 Talon Tsi fwd and that spring my balance shafts seized putting the car out of comission. I decided to go fully built with the motor on this car and saved for over a year. Well finally it is done. I have a fully built motor from AMS and a Sheperd trans with a quaif lsd. I've done a buch of reading on what I was doing but will continue to do more reading to learn even more.
Anyways, I just thought I would drop a hello to you all. I probably wont respond too much on tech until I know more and have worked on cars more. I will post pics of the car when I can. Again hello to all
Phil
