WHen using the Prothane inserts in the motor mounts, do the old rubber ones need to be pressed out? OR Can I install them in my garage with standard hand tools?
 
I bought a set of energy suspension polyurathane mounts for my 91 laser turbo!! And i am wondering what is the best way to get the old mounts out of the mount its self so i can insert the new polyurathane ones?? How does everyone else do it??? Tahnsk i figured you guys may know a secret to it LOL!! ;)
