Anyone near Tuckerton, NJ

I bought a 2g LSD from someone named James Logue that claims he is from Tuckerton, NJ. I sent him $300 via paypal for the differential in January, and I have still not received it. I won the dispute, but no funds could be recovered.

He also used the name VIP Performance Car Repair.

Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
