Hey I'm from Wisonsin.... I was just wondering if there ever is any DSM stuff that goes on here or anything. Also was wondering if any one else is from Wisconsin. I'm on I-94 between Madison and Millwaukee. Thanks!
 
Yeah, they talk about DSMs somewhere in here. I'll have to PM you when I find out where.
 
i live a few minutes from milw, anyone going to the autoX school in ill???

You got a DSM owner In good ol' South Milwaukee/Cudahy. I'm right on the border of the two cities so I cater to both. Own a 1991 Plymouth Laser RS N/T I am trying to restore. Got a question-just ask me. I mainly do the informational side of the business. Parts, service, owners, manuals or catalogs, and service bullitins. Original is the way to go if you want to get noticed! Not a lot of people do this so I pride myself in these tasks loudly. What's your story?
 
Agh Popo's SUCK! Most small town cops suck! When you get into the bigger cities usaul not so bad, as long as you don't stick out like a soar thumb!
THough back on the subject why don't we find some more wisconsin-nites and get WI-dsm meet going. The offical WI dsm site never seems to be updated, its got the same car of the month since the site was started almost a year ago! An there no way to sign up! It seems like its a click thing only!

Pardeeville here. (just moved) I work in Madison, drive alot and looking to get a local cruise going over the summer. The classic car guys hang out once a week in Sun Prarie, I was thinking some thing like that.:thumb:
 
Thats cool, my friend craig lives in pardeville too, he's not a dsm'er though. He's a honda boy! But, yeah i was think a cruise and BBQ. I live right on lake waubesa, and there's a huge park and a big parking to fit everyone. Though we need more people so far got a good start! Its also gotta be warmer out!

I would be there if we could get this to work out. I am sure that there are some Milwaukee guys that would go.
 
Well we need to get a list going of people who want to get involved. I know there are alot on the DSMtalk site that just had a winter thing last month. Apparently they do it every year so lets give it a tyr and follow suit. We need to keep this tread alive and post plans so poeple can follow, and plan attendance.

Lets pick a weekend, (like memorial day) when we all are likely to have off and just get together and have that BBQ. Maybe a weekly hang out at a local burger joint like the classic guys do. (small town prefered so as not to draw too much attention from the popo's)

Any ideas throw them out here.
 
i say hales corners park and ride meet then goto maybe edwardos on hwy100 in milwaukee and cruise the highway for the rest of the night, there is also a 1/4 mile road people race on about 6 blocks from hwy100, cops normally dont go there and its not packed
