Did we lose all support after the flooding made us reschedule?

I'm still coming hell or not so high water. I think it just died off because we got all the plans set, there isn't much left to talk about till the meet.

I don't ever want to hear you complain, you live in Ohio, home of the DSM Shootout. It's a 9 hour drive to that place, but somehow my jobless ass will be getting there. This meet is bliss for me being as it's a 10 minute drive.

cmspaz, you missed an awesome autocross on sunday! as you probably saw on the dmvr forums it was 1/2 mile long! mbronson was hitting 60MPH in one of the sweeps! it was really fun and a really technical course that constantly kept you working to manuver your car. also, it wasn't confusing like the mlk course was. the rwds were fishtailing, the fwds were understeering and ramming straight into cones, and the awds were just loving it!
It was a great event for me. since mlk i have gotten way better tires and have added an integra rear sway bar. when i got to the first box on sunday, i braked a bit too hard and my rear end swung out! on a fwd civic! this car is starting to get a nice balance to it!
in other news, there is a 75% chance i will not be at the meet. I have the opportunity to go see my girlfriends family in west virginia. this is a chance i might not get for another decade or so. i know i will get flamed for this. i will make it to the next meet

What about Waterloo? I'm guessing no?
Also, Mike's ridiculous, you shouldn't ever be using him as a benchmark for course times. He could do that in anyone's car, btw. Best driver mod I've ever seen.

Hey man, if you want to drive all the way from Oklahoma be my guest. The more people we can get the better. If you happen to pick up a friend along the way that's fine to. I just wish I could make all these autocross events and stuff you guys attend. Being jobless has its drawbacks. Oh, redleader, tell your gf that the DSM always comes before the woman. If it doesn't get the proper attention it deserves, it turns into a real biotch.

oh i know. i have already rebuilt 2 engines, one tranny for the talon. (advice: never rebuild a 7 bolt, its not worth it. just swap for a 6bolt the first time).
let me sum this up with a t-shirt (from dsmclothing.com):
just kidding

I need that shirt, it rocks. I saw one for a little kid that said something along the lines of "This shirt is all my dad can afford to buy because he owns a DSM." Oh, I just noticed your avatar and I think laserspeeddemon has you beat.

i went to the 2006 minnesota 3si all mitsubishi cookout car show looking like that! (i wanted to be unique and i was hoping there would be an award for "dirtiest dsm")
some people came up to me and asked if it was painted on because the dirt looked so smooth and soft
