Sorry man, but that is why I started the thread two months ahead of when the track day would be. Spectators are welcome.
Hey on a side note, there is a Buffalo Wild Wings about 4 miles away from the track in Raytown off of 350 hwy. Let me know if that would be a good place to meet before the track? I'd say meet there about 4:30ish then leave @ 5:15ish to get to the track @ 5:30ish when doors open!
^^^^^ Looks like a good itinerary!!

Well I guess its up to forced performance whether my car is going to be done by then. They said my new turbo will take 2 - 4 weeks to get here, so its not looking good. Oh well, might show up just to chat a bit any ways.

I wont be able to make it to bww because I dont get off of work until 5, so I'll just meet everyone at KCIR.
My oil pump just came in so I should be throwing the 6 bolt back in this weekend. Its looking good for me on making it to the meet.

I'm not sure if I can make bww's. I'm going to have a friend tag along that has never been to the track and I have to wait on him to get off work.
That brings up a question. Can you have a passanger ride down the track with you? I'm assuming so, but I thought I would check. Of course they would have their own helmet.
Also, does anyone know if you're allowed to have a laptop in the car? Would it have to be mounted? I'm thinking about logging my runs.

1. Not at this track, you cannot have a passenger.
2. Never had a problem with the laptop in the seat. I would hide it though.
There are new owners since the last time I have been. So, there might be new rules that I am unaware of.

MEET AT BUFFALO WILD WINGS- 3:30pm
Raytown Square
9490 East Highway 350
Raytown, MO 64133

GET TO TRACK- 5:15pm (DOORS OPEN AT 5:30pm)
8201 S. Noland Rd.

Car is still not running. Monday I should have the piping welded, I should still be there unless I failed at my first attempt at rebuilding a bottom end.

I finally got a hold of someone at the track and they said no passangers but you can have a laptop in the car. She did specify what day I was talking about so maybe the laptops are only allowed on grudge night.?.?

Hey is anyone that is coming very familiar with dsmlink? Im still new to tunning with it and with my last attempt at tunning, I wound up with all of my exhuast valves bent. So can someone help me with just getting a basic tune on it to allow me to breack my new block/pistons/rods/crankshaft/turbo/camshafts in. Any help is appreciated.
I have a really crazy tune on it right now and I'm thinking I'm going to be trailoring the car to track so I dont have to worry about any breackage.

I'm not familiar with DSMLink but would bent valves indicate that the timing is off?
I'm not sure how a bad tune would cause that.
