help?

anyone wanna help me fix/make faster my laser? ... its not turbo. its my work car pretty much, and so i don't put miles on my other car... ive already had a belt fixed and now more are squeeking.. and i just don't wanna pay a whole crap load of money anymore for my carss. i know its prob not that hard to change belts, i just dont know exactly how to do it.. anyone wanna help?
