Are you coming to our meet?
I saw that eclipseGS has been wanting to start what would be a smaller DSM meet in each area of IA did you guys plan anything out?
If people are going to have smaller, more local meets in their part of IA let me know I'll be willing to stop by the ones that I could get to.

Ouch...well get that motor running and check back with me...from the looks of how many people will be attending this will become a regular meet.
And...
Everyone, be sure to bring parts to swap. New guys to this thread be sure to read from the beginning for every detail.

Possibly one other friend of Zach's named Nick also with a 2G Green Talon ESi NT (He may be selling his DSM)
I'll keep adding names as people RSVP.

Here's the list: 17 people for sure, but several are still not sure although they wish to attend.

Have you tried a junkyard around here?
I have several headlights, a stock side mount, springs, an air box w/ the bottom cut off, ESi 5spd tranny, TSi 5spd tranny, and some other stuff too. If you need something ask.

What year and condition are those lights in since we are parts shopping. All I have is a 420A valve cover to bring. I can't wait for this meet, I don't know any DSMer in Des Moines besides the internet talk here.

I'll try getting pics of parts I'll be bringing on here in the next few days.
By the way there are plenty of people in Des Moines and the Metro area. Look at my buddy list here on dsmtuners.com all but maybe 10 of those guys live in Iowa and about 75% here in Des Moines/ Metro area.

Yeah, I saw that huge list, but are all those people still active on the forums? I know quiet a few people register and spend maybe a week on here just for a single question. I'm thinking there are maybe 20-30 people in Des Moines that are on these forums as active users who upgrade their cars beyond repairs.

No not all of them all, but I've been determined to trying to make this meet a good one so I sent all of those in people on my buddy list that are in the area a PM inviting them.
I saw that Splitpi(Jeremy I believe) the one that people had talked about before had a little activity today after no activity for some time and I sent him a PM since comments have been made on this thread that the man knows his stuff.
