Well downtown doesnt get too packed with cars until 10 pm or so anyway. Lets make it 7 o'clock that way itll give us time to meet up there then cruise while there is enough light out still. on the way back to downtown, then we can meet back up somewhere and decide on what everyone wants to do for the night.

I'm all for that, early enough so we can talk and get to know each other and still have time to cruise if we want.

So you guys are planning on meeting at the garage and then going for a cruise to Saylorville or where ever you decide and then coming back to the garage again?
If that's the case then mekal and I will be at the garage at 9pm.

I like the idea of cruising around Gray's Lake and Mekal and I don't favor going out to Saylorville.

ok. Here's what we need to do. Everyone meet at the garage at 7. We cruise to gray lake and maybe get some photo opps then back to the garage. Where we all can meet up again. Then downtown area for night cruisen agreed?

I'm all for the Gray's Lake cruise. Although I don't think we need to meet back at the garage later that night, we could probably arrange the rest of the night while cruising.

I see so many other DSMs around Des Moines lately it's not even funny. The worst part is, most of them I've never seen on here. I keep seeing a red 1g on Hubbell near Altoona, a green 2g with massive chrome rims at the QT on Hubbell near University, and quiet a few others. I saw a silver 2g with black rims, lowered at KHI just the other day, and a green 2g GSX at B-Bops on Euclid earlier today. It looks like a 1g works at Perfomance Plus in Pleasant Hill, but he has a giant wing on, a flame paintjob going on so I'm not thinking he is much. Anybody else know of anyone that we could possibly recruit to the DSM style of life?

Im still shaky on coming I want to in the worst way.
I guess it depends on whats going to break next. I had to put a clutch in last weekend. I would like to get all my parts put on before I come. I would also like to get a fresh paint job but im not sure.
Should we bring parts that we have for a dsm swap meet?

mekal and I have been trying to post up flyers about the meet, but no business will let us post them so they just get ripped down when we post them anyway...
