Hey man haven't been up to much. I've sold my 2g and bought a rather pristine 1gb tuxedo. Not sure who all youve talked to lately but did you know we picked up a mirage? No real plans for the 1g except to get the maintenance and boost leaks fixed then save up for DSM link. Just to have and possibly run speed density aside from that no real plans just keeping factory. What h e you been into man?

So tonight, i felt ambitious and completely disassembled my 4g63 cylinder head. I will actually be using the pictures i took tonight for a writeup in the future. There are no good writeups from what ive searched for about how to tear down the head. And go through what is involved before you should take it to a machine shop.

BOOM. All the parts to finish the motor have been ordered and Nate from MAP was kind enough to assist. Here they are.

So. After getting ####3d on deals left and right, i finally stumbled into some very good ones. First was a FP3052 setup from a good guy named Chris on the forums.

Amazing turbo setup. Sold my DNP and got a good deal on a FP race manifold. Ceramic coated that and am going to send the turbo in for the HTA upgrade. Upgrade will be much better for the next amazing deal i got. :sneaky:...

99 Galant strut mount swap

Well, I had the first major scare in my gs. I was driving and the strut was rattling around in the rear. It turned out to be the mount for the strut was completely rusted through. Well, when there are no eclipses in the junkyard, what do you do? Find a galant! The whole suspension from the galant is the same, yet beefier. A quick call to the dealer to cross reference the part and we had a winner....

Well, its finally starting to look like a car. A car with no turbo, intercooler, piping, and half the interior pulled. But, eh, its a car.
