Hey, I tried to reply to your thread on the XTD stage 4 but it keeps saying I don't have permission. I'm about to do a 6 bolt swap in my 97 spyder and I'm looking for a good clutch. the 6 bolt is all neew except for the head which has been ported and polished, not sure on the type of valves in it. arp mains, arp head studs, bs deleted and more that I can't think of right now. I'm planning on putting an AR 50 turbo on it. I have no idea of what hp it will produce but I highly doubt it will be over 400. I'm not a mechanic so if anything I have said here isn't worded correctly forgive me. So all in all I have been looking at several clutches. I read mixed reviews on the XTD's and the exedy's are so damned high. how do you think the XTD stage 4 would work for my setup?

Yeah! you are right about the bolt hole it is for the o2 sensor.

So finally I got the Megan Racing o2 housing but I have not installed yet. What do you know about it? It came with a bolt, so what is it for? Does it mean if I remove the bolt it will work as an external dump and is going to be loud or louder than if I leave the bolt? what about if I leave the bolt will it work as a recirculated????

lol we have similar set up so it will def be fun! And most people net some pretty nice times shifting normally. Ive only been 2 times but this is my first time on this set up so we will be in the same boat. Fastest 1/4 mile gets a cookie lol

Well I had a shop add a aftermarket turbo dont know what kind,fits stock manifold and is a little bigger than stock.then the engine light came on and engine ran rough. then the idle control valve went bad and before I figured that out myself. another shop messed with the what looks like air screws by the throttle body and I dont know what the factory settings were?the car runs crappy idles crappy engine light is on and it barley by one point passed emmisions!oh yea when i let off the gas I hear a loud rattle sounds like a drive shaft or transfer case/diff? well thoesare the major problems anyway!

I have the exact one only completly stock.what did you use to smoke the tail lights or are they covers?also I live in Delaware and am looking for a shop within a decent drive that actually has a lot of experience with these cars. Been walking into shops around here asking if they are experienced with DSM cars and i just get "What car?" so i just turn around and walk out disapointed!
