I'm not too experienced with the inner workings of a dogbox but those are straight cut gears and a clutchless shift, is that right? Well congrats on the great deal! Especially with the 2900 included. I have the stage 3 build from shepherd and it's real nice I love how it shifts and it looks good being bead blasted.

With a heavy 2900 I would look into disabling the clutch switch for start ups since the thrust bearing is pretty dry. Oh the block heater? Yeah I decided not to go with it because I couldn't find an easy drop in heater I kept having problems with fitment. Oh well it's not that cold here I can stand warming it up for a few minutes first ;)
