    I have a 95 Eclipse with a different setup but close to the same power using the big 16G. Every track day, my turbo seperates from the exhaust manifold. The weak point seems to be aiming out the passengers side between the bolts. It works great for the first 10 laps or so, then loosens up and it's over..I melted the fan blades and some hoses and I've replaced a lot of stuff. My car doesn't seem to overheat even on a 90+ degree day-until that leak starts blowing fire into the engine compartment. Have you experienced this and do you have any suggestions for me?? One thing I noticed(don't know why I didn't before) was that my whole exhaust systme has NO flex pipe anywhere. could the torque of gas/brakes and side to side work it loose? Let me know what you think

Preperation - Before we headed off to Louisiana for Round #6 of the Grand Bayou Race Series. I had to get some new parts put on the car and get the alignment checked out and set. Saturday - Well this is the first event I have been able to run in so far in 2009 due to blowing the transmission out in Round #2 of the series. Saturday - Practice began Saturday morning and I could not wait to get out on the track and test out the new Ground Control Coilovers we put on during the week leading up to the event.
