DISCLAIMER: My totally NONSTOCK banger is still a WorkInProgress. All of the listed stuff is purchased and most part is shipped, some already installed. Now installation and fabrication stage is place. Target completion date: Summer-2008
Engine Management
- Megasquirt-I with Extra code (spark+fuel), 4bar MAP, all sensors and Innovate LC-1 lambda
Engine Internals
- 4G64 7bolt block 87.0 bore w/o balanciers (oil passages not blocked yet) - Wiseco/Eagle combo w/ Wiseco metal gasket - Clevite Bearings - all ARP studs - T04E BB 50 trim - FP exhaust manifold + Evo3 o2 housing - DIY 3" straight-line exhaust pipe (no cat) - custom oil/cooling lines and fittings - DIY fiberglass intake manifold - 520x235x60 FMIC (looks small, will change for bigger one) - Smic oil cooler - DIY smic power steering cooler - K&N filter and DIY fiber intake piping - 60mm throttle (swapping to 63mm evo5+) - aluminium front radiator w/ slim fans (outside mount) - A/C WILL NEVER BE REMOVED! :) - Supra hi flow fuel pump - 650CC injectors - DIY fuel copper piping from fuel tank - custom FPR (sits on stock fuel rail) - G2 head fully DIY ported - +2mm Supertech
Drivetrain Modifications
- currently ACT2600+Xact lightweight flywheel (plan to experiment and mate with ClutchNet carbonetic disc) - all rubber bushings and crap in shifter & tranny mechanisms replaced with metal bushings and bearings - Techna-Fit Clutch Line (reducer eliminated along with a small receiver near the tranny clutch cylinder) - no more f* morons allowed to access my tranny: from now on I rebuild tranny, transfer and RR case personally
