Who takes almost half a year to swap a turbo?

Car was down back in November '07 due to a crack in my turbo oil feed line. After 2 weeks of debating whether to fix or to upgrade, I decided to upgrade to a PTE 5031. Then came the headache of shipping issues, billing issues, wrong parts, more parts needed, and my 2 hours of free time every weekend...
