Hi, first off I just want to say you are amazing for this site and thank you so much for making it! Ok well I just turned 18 last month and I was looking at my age on this site and I made myself born in 1984 lol If I remember corectly, I did that because I thought I had to be at least 18 to be a member. I was wondering if it would be possible if I could get my age changed to 1994. That would be awesome thanks!

So I do the newbie greeting and the first replies negate what my threat was all about in the first place. I'm talking about n/t's and how everyone says get a turbo yet thats not helping my cause and my first replies are saying get turbos!

I saw your posts about SOPA and PIPA, I understand this community isn't in anyway political, and further know that you likely aware of it, yet I would like members on this forum to know about the new "undercover" version of said bills that they are calling CISPA or Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act. This act is yet another way for internet companies to give information of individuals actions or otherwise to the government in a way that is illustrated to be preventative to illegal activity in regards to the internet. Is there a succinct and non-offensive way this can be done? I hope I am not wasting your time in bringing this to your attention. -Matthew

ludachris, I am new to dsm tuners, and have a small question / favor. Do you think it would be possible to start a 1g n/t forum . It seams to me that there is alot of people with n/t that come on here, but you have to do alot of searching to find any thing with n/t. If you do find anything with n/t it seams like people belittle you for having a n/t, and just try to talk you in to doing a turbo swap. It is just a suggestion, and thought it would be a good idea for people like me that have a 1g n/t and want to keep it that way. Thanks for reading this. Robert

On my old car, I was able to swap the actual lock cylinder over to the new handle. Something you might want to investigate.

If I had more time, I would a quick check for you; I'm busy fixing my clutch master cylinder.

Are you trying to replace a broken wheel stud or replace your stock studs with longer ones for easier wheel removal/installation at the track? If you have a 1G with ABS, be prepared for a lot of work. The ABS system on these cars uses a small trigger wheel gear that acts as a speed sensor. This gear blocks access to the wheel studs and forces you to remove the hub if you want to get them.

For added suspension adjustment, I chose to go with RRE camber plates with the added caster angle. It meant that I had to do some grinding on the shock tower opening and the Greddy strut tower mount. I tried to keep it as clean as possible and repainted the strut tower mount when I was done.

It's a really good feeling getting all of the bugs worked out of a car. This was the first time I've been to an event in 3 years where the car ran really strong the whole time and had absolutely no issues (or nearly no issues). And the result was the fastest lap time of the weekend among all cars.

Of course getting ready for the event was a different story. I...

June 13-15 2008

After having missed the first two NASA events of the season in the Rocky Mountain region, I finally got the car ready to go for this one. Miller is truly a world class track, only 3 years young and I wasn't about to miss the opportunity to drive it this year. I missed the only other RM NASA event there 2 years ago. I rounded up the family and we made the 10 hour haul...
