Well after the nightmare all summer, my 2g is back.
I had scooped it up from JNZ about 2 weeks ago, but couldn't really drive, as my speedometer sensor was broken. I ordered a new one, but didn't know that the FWD shaft was shorter than the AWD shaft...thus, when I got to jnz with a AWD speed sensor, I got

I can't do this anymore. This kills me. This car has driven me NUTS for this long ass period of time, and I continue to put up with it.
Today, I was just out putting miles on it to go to the movies, when it starts smoking like CRAZY. When I say crazy, I mean like CRAZY. Before I took it out, I added some coolant, and checked the dipstick, because the car had a light, LIGHT oil leak....

So she runs...that's good - right?
At this point, I'm so close, that it hurts. The car runs and drives no problem...but a bunch of my gauges arent working.
Water temp has no reading, oil pressure stays all the way up, and the stock boost gauge won't allow me to select my stutterbox while the key is on ACC.
Why does this suck? Well the Rev limiter reads...

So freakin bored lately - figure why the heck not try this blog thing for a while...
In any event, some of you may know, some of you may not, but my nightmare of a 6bolt swap will be complete either tomorrow or friday. The 7bolt blew up at the track, for whatever reason (probably because it had seen 210xxx mi) and i immedately bought a 6bolt to drop in. This all happened back in march....
