I'm going to get a smaller torque wrench, one that reads in inches. And try it that way. I don't trust myself to do it the other way. Only because all the teeth on the pp need to line up. Have you tried adjusting the clutch cylinder rod under the dash?
I was having the same problem as the car not wanting to go into gear. I pulled it all apart to again, and it looks like my fork not sitting right on the pivot ball. Because I had shimmed it. I'm going to take off my clutch and retorque it again. Just to be safe. I have all fairly new parts seeing my car has only driven less the a 1000mile in a year. Since I replaced everything. Your vibration might be coming from your pivot ball not being torque down. I had that problem about 5 years ago when I rebuilt my tranny.
