(NEW) CHANGE OF PLANS
Instead of replacing the 6cm 14b housing with an FP 8cm, I decided to finally swap in a Holset and exchange the FP 8cm housing for an FP31 (same cost). I intend to machine it to fit my 7blade hx40 and run the FP vband custom o2 housing. Oil feed is already set up with restrictor and psi gauge, just need to assemble a 12an return line (currently have a 10an). Water lines are already blocked off (or connected rather). So everything is virtually ready to go :)

*done*Machine FP31 housing for hx40 - thanks black_gst!

*done*Assemble 12an return line - Picked up all 12an fittings (3/4NPT-to-12an barb, 45* elbow), SS hose from summitracing and the 3/4NPT drain flange from racepartsolutions.

*done*Weld 12an bung to oil pan - Picked up from summitracing

*done*Get a 44mm wastegate - gsp 44mm vband

*done*Swap 14b with HX40!

*OLD TO DO LIST*
Bad exhaust leak when wastegate opens. There is a noticable difference in sound and boost fluctuates once full boost hits, Proabably gasket related but there's a chance the housing cracked (from my porting?). Replacing with FP 8cm housing for the hell of it.

o2 dump hitting fmic piping. Swapping to SS 2.5" recirc'd o2 housing

*FIXED * Starter is taking a shit - random no-start, have to tap the solenoid every now and then.
- cable just needed to be cleaned up and tightened.

*FIXED* Noise when AC is activated - might be AC clutch or fan hitting something, hopefully the latter because summer is coming up. Have to check it out.
- turned out to be a wire hitting the fan.
