I have not seen a how to on deburring the gears on the boards. But topline pumps comes with the gears deburred. IMO a topline will be just as good as an OEM some will disagree I have had two OEM pumps to fail on me as well as two after markets. Since I started polishing my gears and using oil with zinc (Amsoil 10w40 with zince in it I have yet to have a problem. Something else to note those pumps have a hard time at any rpm above 8000. This the main reanson I run the bc 272 cams to keep my power band on this side of 8000. Therefore my car is streeable and my redline is set at 8000 just for pump safety.

No I never posted the video but I was just thinking about it today I really need to post it because I know it can help a lot of guys out on the boards. I just ended using a pump from parts dinosaur and polished the gears and inside of the pump. have not have a problem since. you should be fine with the pump I would recommend the gear mod. I will do my best to post the video this week it very simple.
