I believe it said it would lower it just over an inch and that's about right. Too me, it was perfect. I'll probably run a bigger tire next time, but the gap and overall feel of the car is so nice.

nop . since i have a big turbo it helps on spooling it quicker and stay off boost. also the engine respond faster. i love my 9.1's

I have not had it on a dyno yet, so I have no idea. I'm actually in the middle off rebuilding it with a differant setup.

To be honest, I dont know, I would like to know ,but i am not ready to get on the dyno yet. I have to do a few more things before then. i will do a kevlar timing belt kit, Tensioner and pullies, I will feel alot more comfortable revving it to redline knowing that stuff is fresh and strong. I would guess three something, That is the butt dyno speaking, 21 psi on sonoco gt260 with the tune i have now it pulls hard, But i think with a good tune it could do better. I dont like the afc route, So link is in my near future. What are you making?

I used to have a set of torn up engine mounts on my old 2g GST. People advised to just use the inserts on top of the torn up mounts. I did this and my engine felt the same! I suggest you get at least the Advance Auto cheapo mounts THEN install the inserts.
