Not sure on the brand of the DP. Bought it from a local performance shop on clearance. Mine is 3" frrom the o2 to the catback. The flanges had oblonged bolt holes so I could bolt it to my 2.5" o2 and flange on the Thermal. I may cut the flange and 2 inches or so off of the Thermal and weld a 3" flange on.

Nope, but I had a hell of a time getting it to fit. Either the catback of the DP seemed a few inches too long. Seeing you are having the same problem, and probably don't have the same DP, I'm assuming, maybe the catback itself is a bit too long.

Rust spots... it had a couple but im not worried about em, Im sure i can find quarter panels if not Tony has some.

how'd it run when you test drove it? The dude tried to raise the price on me, after Tony checked the compression and tightened the manifold bolts and fixed some visible boost leaks.

If you got a friend that hooks it up with Inspections just buy a 95 EPROM and get link. If you've got good evo tuners in the area get the '99 Ecu and let them flash it. Either way you've got a year to worry about it;)

See if there is a Dekra Inspections only station near you. If they put your info in right it should tell them to do a two speed idle test.

The Inspections only place knew exactly what to do. Call around and talk to the techs and tell them your car and situation and you'll find someone that knows what's up.
