prettymuch u have everything u need for it to work.. but for the venting.. what u have to do is relocate your maf to be between your throttle body and your bov... that way it calculates the air after it lets it out from the bov.... but when u do that it really messes wit ## tune.. u need a wideband and tune it if ## going to do a blow thru design.. aka ### i just talked about

    Hey how's it going.
I have the gm maf w/ maft and i am waiting for the tax return check next year to get me an safc2 to use to tune.
I would recommend you use either one, safc or safc2, but the safc2 has more tuning points, either one is good anyways.
Before you start tuning your car though, i highly recommend getting yourself a trusted wideband such as the aem uego, comes with gauge and sensor, it's the same one i am getting.
You don't need a logger, that's extra fancy stuff that could help/ease tuning, but is deff not a necessity.
Aem wideband and an safc and you're all set.

No you don't need anything extra to run the gm maft combo. Just set the maft to the stock 450cc injection settings and you will be good. I have mine set to 450's and use dsmlink to compensate for my larger injectors.

No, just set it for 450's and go. I don't think it will need much tuning if any. I highly suggest you buy a Innovate LC1 wideband to keep an eye on your afr's. It has more resolution than an AEM wb so you'll be able to see your afr's in the low 10's unlike with the AEM that only reads down to 10.8

Oh, and you can probably lean it out a lil bit but then you'll just hit fuel cut even earlier in the RPM band.

maft tuning is done through the maft. with no larger injectors and no need for fuel changes just set it to the standard settings for your car and leave it alone.

I havent had the chance to really mess with it. Its put away for winter projects now but with the Arc2 it should be pretty decent. Alot of ppl complain about the c.o.p but thats running stock system not an ignition amp. With those its easy to see that its much better than stock ignition but it gets alittle expensive. The stock system is good for alot of power I was just having problems and said screw it and bought the stuff.

If your going to stick to a shop I would suggest Carz on 14th and wadsworth in Denver. If your looking for some REALLY good tune guys hit Chris Webb or Kenny Hood up. There on boostedmotorsports.com They tune out of north Denver.
