New log, crazy knock, can't get rid of it.

So I'm trying to tune this bad boy, and no matter what I try with the fuel settings, the knock won't disappear. The mods are:

ExtremePSI 2" intake w/ 2-3" reducer coupler(choking the turbo, killing the spoolup a few hundred )
SBR G50 50 trim w/ turbonetics center section & internal wastegate
SSAuto FMIC with polished short route piping
Walbro 190lph fuel pump
DKS 264/272 cams
3g revised lifters
Prothane Motor Mounts
ARP head studs w/ stock headgasket
stainless steel oil return and feed lines
DSMlink
PTE 880cc injectors
ACT 2100

The boost is set at 17lbs. I tried adding 30% fuel from 4k on up, adding 0%, pulling 5%, adding 5%, adding 15%, etc, etc. But the knock comes out to the exact same numbers each time. It always ends with 12.7 degrees of knock. I can feel the loss of power when the knock comes on from the pulling of timing. Here is a log.
