Extremely new to tuning...

So I probably should have posted this in the "Newbie" section but didnt ### this one is more specific. Basically, I just got a pocket logger at the advice of many of you guys, but I have no idea how to read it, or use it to tune my car. (I have a 99 GSX) Basically pretend Im braindead and go from there... like which on the logger do I need to pay attention to, and how do I interpret what it shows, like whats good and whats bad? Sorry if this has already been posted, but I looked and couldnt find anything that really broke it down. I've got an intake, 3"downpipe, 3" cat-back, Dejon-tool UIP Blow through style w/ Greddy RS BOV and the MAF-T. And I believe I'm supposed to have my base setting on the MAF-T at 2 right?
