well i finally found a project car '93 plymouth laser w/ 4g63, n/t, 5spd, ff, and it super clean in and out. white and gold exterior, grey and red inside. the guys asking $650.00, but i know i can get it for less, the only problem is the timing belt went on it and it happened on the e-way :notgood: so, if it was you, would you go for it? it should be a 6 bolt right, not really up on my 1st gens.
i like the idea of it being a laser because there just not around here.

Not sure if the 92.5 and up n/t's were 6 bolts or not, but the turbo ones are 7 bolts. I wouldn't waste the money on it, sounds like its too much work for what its worth. I'd wait and buy a turbo one.

The '92.5-'94 4G63T & 4G63 both use the same, 7 bolt block. As for $650, rip off. I paid $950 for my '92 6/4, MT, AWD, Laser with 98,xxx miles in July '04 and it runs. I need to replace the valve stem seals but it still runs and drives fine.

late model 92's turbo and NT both had 7 bolt cranks. not all that bad. Crankwalk has happened to about 500 of the 239472374628736428 DSM's on the road.

Early model 92 1G's have 6 bolts, not 7. Later 1Gs Non-turbo versions go the eirie 7 bolts.
