Yes.....it's all most done.
My friend talked me into dropping my car, meaning that we could do the work. I just really didn't feel like doing it.....

So....this stuff has been in my garage for quite some time (H&R race springs, Koni yellow's and Specialty Products front and rear camber kits). Well, we had some problems.....mainly lack of knowledge in the install, but in the end we got everything installed ( 2 days ). The worst part was when we let the jacks down and the car came down on to the front tires.....the fenders actually set right on the tires.........very bad indeed. I have 18x8 with 235x45, these DO NOT fit with a really low drop....now on the front I have 225x35, just on the front for now until I get some more $$$$$$, but I must say that my rims look HUGH now. So.....I got that part fixed ( in the front anyway, the rear was fine with the old tires for now), so later I noticed that the A arm's ( both fronts ) had a shiny glare on the end's, so looked way up inside of fender well and the end of the A arm was scraping the inner fender well on the outside, VERY BAD. Yes....I'm sure just an alignment will fix these things.

So.....I couldn't help myself and took it for a less then one mile ride for some air in my new front tires that I had to get and on my trip I heard my Supra Side Mount Intercooler hit the ground three times, NOTE to self......this isn't going to last long. Mine hung quite low ( not penis ) but, the actual piping, so my way back to the house, I thought I'd stop at Starbuck's and meet some friends and admire what we've done so far. Well, very bad idea.....while turning into the parking lot BOOM.....and I came to a dead stop in the middle of the road. Short story, SSMIC gone!!!! and all piping and it pinched my clutch line, so it got towed and kinda fixed at a local shop. I didn't like what he did so back in the garage and waiting for a new lower intercooler pipe from RRE and the stock intercooler goes back on, that sucks!!!, but at least I can drive my car around. Plus it gives me excuse to get a FMIC sooner......
Now....I need the pipe and an alignment and that's it.
While it's down for the count I bought some HAWK brake pads!!!!!! and I was curious if anyone had used them?, $150.....BOOM, there supposed to be the BEST!

I was curious, do you really have all that sh@t done to your motor and don't even have a bigger turbo yet?

Yup. I run a 14b and proud off it. There is a bigger turbo coming in the near future.

Some of us like to turn the wheel rather than go straight down a 1/4 mile.

On a note about the suspension, if you are serious about 'dropping' the car for looks, try a coilover system rather than just drop springs. That way you can spend a day working the car over to get just the right ride height you want so you don't scrape and still be 'dropped'.

That's why I went for the low drop, PERFORMANCE SUSPENSION SETUP.
Coil overs are quite expensive, yes you can get a cheap CO setup or you can get a really nice standard setup.
I'm not a superdooper 1/4 fan, but I try every now and then.
It's not that low, just my SSMIC hung to low.

My Ground Control's with the upper mounts and the Koni Yellow shocks were around $1000. Add in the $300 for the RM Swaybars and I have a damn decent suspension for autocrossing.

Besides, if you go too low it actually hurts your PERFORMANCE SUSPENSION SETUP. What you have is a street suspension. No more. For ideal grip maximization, you need to pay attention to the location of the center of gravity and roll center of the car. From my experience, anything below 1.75 to 2" on a 2G is hurting grip potential.

But that is just my experience.

Is the camber kit you got for the front the one that replaces the anchor bolts? I have that kit and it took me 3 days to get it right. Sorry to say but an alignment will not fix the problem. You will have to take a ballpine hammer to the inside fender well to push it out enough to make clearence for the A arms.

Check out this thread for my story about it.

I'm quite curious if your talking to me or someone about knocking on a 14B? I didn't knock on a 14B, and I doubt you make more power then me on your 14B, psi for psi. Yes, on a T88, sure, but not a 14B, so post your DYNOED number's.

I hope you are just exagerating here...

13.9@106 and your claiming to have more power then someone who didn't even post their mods. How can you come to this conclusion?

all i was saying is don't knock the 14b, cause on pump gas it makes just as much power as all the othe turbos smaller than a 50 trim, race gas is a totally diff story thats what i have nitrous for.... no hard fellings we just had some misunderstandings

I wasn't knocking the 14b, I was knocking how you said you would have more power then the other guy and the other guy didn't even post any of his mods so how would you tell whats under the hood.

I"m lost..........
You'll print out what? A dyno sheet?......just say it! What you got!!!!

13.9 @ 106= did you run this on the 14B with the 75 shot that your site says you have? Did you also raise the psi?

I've ran 110 in 1/4 on pump gas........

So your going to break the 14b record for fwd. Can you use n2o? I think it would have to be straight 14b to break the record. Otherwise it's not equal competition.
