just got 17x7 maxxim creed rims with yokohama avs sport tires(only cuz i had them from when i put rims on another car i used to have). When i drop the clutch now, the tires do not squeal, the car just hops really bad, making everything go nuts in the car. Whats the cause of it? how can i fix this? HELPPPP!!

the wheel hop is bad for the car but it also means your almost getting traction. wheel hop is when the wheels get and lose traction continusouly. so you have it but then lose it so the wheel hops. sqeualing or spinning means so much pwoer is goign to them they just keep spinning. so...you need to either drop your clutch at a higher rpm and just the spin the tires..or just drop the clutch at a slightly lower rpm so your wheels dont do that. jsut practice. no real reason for it

Yeah try releasing your clutch at higher RPM, but Have you replaced your struts lately...? this might be the reason, I have switch to different tire/wheel sizes before, and replacing my struts had help me, also lowering your car is another option, but I'll go with the struts first.

i dunno if the motor mounts are the prob....my friends said that the mounts seemed alright?

can a reduce any of the air pressure in the tires?
the max air pressure is 51 psi for these tires, if can i go any lower, how low could i go and still be able to do daily driving?

That seems awful high for tire pressures. What you need to do is get with the manufacture of the tire and see what their recommended pressure is according to your vehicle weight. Just becuase it says MAX pressure , that doesn't mean that is what you need to run. You need to look on the inside of your drivers door jam and see what the recommended tire pressure is according to gross vehicle weight.

Like my tires I run like 35 in the front and 32 in the back.

onm your 18's?? daily driving??
i ordered motor mounts today:D , so ill try those out as soon as they get in. are they a bizch to put in?
