Are the coilover kits on ebay any good?

Does anyone know if the coilover kits they sell on ebay are any good? I'm looking for a kit, but I'm not shure what to get. I have a 97 GSX by the way.

I bought a set of ebay coilovers a few months ago. R1 race coilovers to be exact, got them for 100 bucks thought it was quite the deal. Wrong. I haven't had any problems with the coilovers i mean they are well built for what they are. However they don't come with very good springs. If you do go with them get a set of eibach coilover springs with a stiffer spring rate in the front. Cause my fronts hit the bumpstop alot and the coils slam together every once in a while because the spring rate on the coilovers isn't very high. If i were you i'd just go with some nicer progressive rate springs like some sprints or some eibach's. Stay away from coilovers unless your goin to go with real real nice ones like tien's.
