Does anybody know if there is aftermarket front spring insulators out there for the 1g? Long story short I threw all of my old stock stuff away not remembering I needed the insulator. I have looked for quite a while and have come up with nothing!

I didn't see anything on rockauto.com listed for a 1g. The factory part number is, MB518149.

Is this the part between the pad and the strut mount? The part number for that part is, MB518147, and the strut mount is, MB518141

That would be it! I am attempting to find aftermarket ones so I can get them sooner. Looks like that may not be happening though!

Yeah, i checked rockauto.com, oreillyauto.com and autozone.com for you and didn't see anything listed. There could be something out there but usually if rockauto doesn't carry it than it doesn't exist, LOL.

Yeah I have searched up and down. Was hoping to have my car rolling this weekend. Ill have to give JNZ a call tomorrow. The total there is like 62$ for both sides shipped. Not too bad, just another time delay.....

I'd try your local Mitsubishi or Chrysler dealer. They can likely have them in a few days which is way faster than jnz. It might be a few bucks more, but jnz usually has to order it from their distributor than ship it out to you.

Yeah, I wrote down all the part numbers needed and my chrysler dealer is 5 miles down the road so its worth a shot to see what they have. Who knows they might have them in stock. But if its a significant price difference Ill just go to JNZ
