when it snows my 2g AWD fish tails A LOT! It's so bad I can't even go over 30-35 Mph. It's lowered and I fixed the rear camber, the front is still a little in. I'll try to drive in a straight line and i can't without my car fishtailling all over the palce. does this happen to anyone else? i wouldn't imagine my front camber would cause this. i need help figuring this out, thanks! :thumb:

cruising....if I try driving steady at 30-35 my butt goes all over the road....

Do you still have summer performance tires on your car?

That's the first thing I thought, Summer tires don't work very in the Winter.

If you're truly fishtailing all over the road I'd check out what's going on with your toe-out settings.

that's what i was thinking too, that maybe my toe got buggered when my car was lowered.
and yes I still have my summer tires on my car but they're supposed to be ok in the snow.

i have advans on mine, and it tracks fine if i'm not on the throttle, but when i get on it at all, it takes very gentle corrections, or it goes everywhere. :D

Summer tires are not exactly designed for snow and ice. But they're fun as hell anyway. :D

Let's look at the more likely (and less painful) things first :)

LOL Brian... did you finally fix your center diff? my dad said that might be the prob. also.... it fishtails even when i'm not on the throttle.

oh damn dude i was just joking, i hope thats not the case...go on a snowy back street and have jamie watch your wheels and see if they all spin OMG

**edit** yeah i fixed my shit

MAYBE you blew out your center differential and you are just RWD OMG

Haha, right.

I live up in new england, our weather sucks ass and i stil have my 7.5" generic dry/wet performance tires due to a broken lug nut and it'll only fishtail if it's in neutral. Make sure you always keep the car in gear so the engine is constantly putting power to the wheels.

Either that or don't accellerate as much as you are now.
