D'seclipse

I want to get the KYB adjustable shocks but what else will I have to modify on my suspension? Or can I just slap them on and call it a day? Struts? Are they just shocks and springs combined or what? Any help would be appreciated.
 
-I'm using the AGX too, if you're on a tight budget, look around for some use springs off the AWD, they're stiffer than your OEM springs.
