Im getting lowering springs put in which is best and also will my stock shocks be able to support it? :dsm:

What car,what springs?

There are mulitple springs offered by the different companies.
A "low amount of dropping spring" like prokits are usually okay on stock shocks but be ready to possibly replace them a little sooner.
sportlines usually dont ride so pretty though...

By the way I currently have prokits and are not fond of them. Uneven drop already after like 2-3 weeks and really dont ride well. Thinking about going w/ ground controls instead.
