How the phuck do I get the piece of the caliper that holds the brake pads in off? I bought a remanufactured unloaded caliper and I need to swap this part off my old one... There is one bolt, and once it's undone the piece hinges out. I can't get it to slide off or bang off. I've been trying with a hammer for a while now... Any ideas, suggestions?

If you hit it hard with a hammer or 5lb sledge, it comes loose 1/4" by 1/4"...
