will be installing tein flex coilovers pretty soon, i was going to buy some ingalls for the front, but does anyone know which one i should go with the -3/4 to 1 or 0 to 3 deg.

also does the ingalls kit require a press to install, i read that for the RRE kit you need a press,

also anyone around chicago, suburb of chi. know any good allignment shops?

not sure about the press or not, and i don't live in chicago, but i would tell you to go with the 0-3 is your camber is not already bad in the front. the greater the degree you can adjust the better!

To get the old bushings out you COULD press them. Or you can take a torch and burn the old rubber out. Once the rubber is gone, take a hack saw and cut through the metal sleeve.

It's definitely a messy job if you end up burning the stuff out.
