I've got the Energy Suspension Inserts for the Torque motor mounts (front & rear of engine bay).

However, I recently noticed that the side motor mounts (left & right of engine bay) are pretty trashed. Would it be worth getting prothane mounts all around? Or should I just get the sides?

What do those side ones do anyways?

Side is to prevent twist, but most of the load is put on the front and rears. I actually have seen people do the front at rear and leave the sides out. Kinda helps with the vibration

does anyone have write-up on how to install these ES motor mount inserts?
thanks

Not that I remember seeing . . . but if you really need one, I could probably write one up. Just let me know :thumb:
