My GSX Video!

Hey guys, this is a small video I made of my new 95 Eclipse GSX

I use to have an integra, Which was really nice. And I'll get another,

But for now im enjoying my gsx. It was a straight trade car for car. nothing else.

So im pretty happy.

Well onto the video!

Looks like you got a steal -- why would you ever go back?

BOV mod scares me -- sounds like you just removed the return tube....

Yeah man, why would you ever wanna go back?!?! Just wait till you start modding your GSX, you'll be so addicted to it you'll kill babies for a FP Cast Manifold. Your Integra was nice (I watched your video) but the GSX is in another league. Congrats man and welcome.
Tom.

Thanks alot man.
Oh I never said Id get rid of the gsx for an integra.
But I'll buy another one to play with. Its just something within me.
I had an integra as my first car, and then the one in the video above.

And now the gsx.

Which, I LOVE.
I love it so much. But waiting for it to explode.
I only say this because everydsm owner tells me this.
I recently met a local GSX owner, who has a gsx fully built
He said "How many miles" I replied 135. he said "Oh yeah, 120 they start breaking apart, get ready"

haha that kinda sunk into me hard.

But Im saving up.
I already Beat my friends cadi cts. (he sold that and bought a 2007 wrx sti the next day)
and my friends RSX type-S with AEM V2 Intake and magnaflow catback

Im about to sell those rims of my gsx for 400.
Im trying to find somesteelies

I want a 3" exhuast. Turbo back.
I also need to replace the tb/wt/Oilpump etc.. Just to be on the safe side.

I noticed there wasnt a forum for noobs to introduce them selves,
Which kinda sucks I just wanted to talk.

Thats a lot of fly-by's. An otherwise well assembled video. I like it.

Yes charge pipes,

These are the piping from turbo to the SMIC
and the pipes from the SMIC to the IM

Or thats what we call them in the Honda world.
Their charged under pressure with Air.

If you put half as much work into that GSX as you did your integra, you will be smacking most v8 powered cars upside the head with ease.

overall a very clean dsm. it is screaming for an upraded turbo though. but i think you made out great. great condition w/ tons of potential to become a monster, or just a well built street machine.

Yea the stock T-25 is not fit to be on the engine IMO. Get DSMLink early on before you start moding much. Trust me you wont be sorry, DSMLink is the shit! Then upgrade your fuel system, get a larger intercooler finally biger turbo and the moment that larger turbo goes on you will wonder why you ever messed with a honda.

Did you change the badging on the car (GS), or did the car have a swap done?

But Im waiting untill I have about 900 for a real susp.
Not cheaping out this time.

and i got my boost guage hooked up today.

I love it.

im making a "How to hookup your first boost guage"
video for noobs on this forum and the world.
Figured it might help.
going from buying it, to what you need, routing the lines, where to hook into,
and testing.

I like makin lil vids like that.

Yep... roughly 110k on mine. I have blown my tranny (had it upgraded after that), exhaust, o2 housing (was running rich, to many backfires eventually blew it into 2 pieces.), and my SAFC was giving me issues a while back. then again this car has been modded since 01 so i suppose this many years with such high HP I cant really blame it.
Ohh lets not forget to mention the recent electrical problems.
All this but I wouldnt trade my car in for the world. DSM love forever.
