Can I get my ECU reprogrammed/flashed/chipped?

No.

Unless you have a '97 2gnt, in which case you can get an AF/X ECU from Howell Automotive.

There has been one (or two?) confirmable case of a non-97 ECU being socketed for reprogrammed chips, but the information is vague, and was done in Brazil. This is not considered a very realistic option.

Consider an ECU replacement, such as MegaSquirt
