Princeton,
I put my tranny in and clutch both just got rebuiult and I can't turn over the engine now , I moves a little I am useing the two wrenches on the timming belt and it's not moving :0, maybe thats why the starter can't turn over the engine can someone help me!

How does the clutch pedal feel? It sounds like the clutch may not be dissengaging. That means the starter or you turning the engine by hand must turn the internals of the transmission with it. Also when turning it by hand make sure the transmission is in neutral. Use the shift linkage on the transmission to put it in neutral. That way you know for sure.
