Ok, I have a 95 GSX just recently installed an ACT 2100 w/ OEM TO bearing. Anyway, when we first installed it it would not disengage at all. On the lift as soon as you would start edging toward a gear the wheels would move. It turned out that my flywheel was improperly machined and we had it fixed. Clearance on the flywheel step is now .612 where it's supposed to be. Anyway, now the clutch still doesn't disengage fully. It's hard to get into first sometimes and I cannot shift into 2nd at WOT from 1st. It will not go in, no matter how hard I try. I also have trouble going to fourth occasionally. The tranny is also a fresh rebuild w/ GM Synchromesh. If I'm in first with the clutch in and I rev the car it inches forward and I can smell clutch in the air. Is there a way I can solve this problem w/o removing the tranny again? We've adjusted the clutch pedal and it feels the same as my stock one did. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
