clutch!!!!!!!!

I have a 91 eclipse and i feel as though the clutch is getting ready to take a dump, by the way i have to teach my wife to drive a stick we are getting a 4x4 jeep and she wants to drive it. anywayz, could anyone give me an idea of what type of clutches are better than others. i dont have a ton of cash but want something that will last a while.
could you guyz please help me out!!!!!!?????!!!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!
