A/T owners with shift kit

What spring do you suggest I use. I have a 98 gst spyder and its a daily driver. I want it to shift firm and hard but not sure how ridiculous of a shift the black spring will provide. What do you use or suggest I use?

Go for the black spring. You'll get used to the shifts real quick. I used the red spring at first thinking it would be better for my daily driver, but changed to the black after a few months.
