How amd where can I get my transfercase modified? I would like to know if I can have the clutches set somehow so it would be 40:60 F:R or 30:70 (like they do to skylines)

The "transfer case" in a DSM is just a bevel gear setup. The front:rear torque bias is handled by the centre diff and viscous coupling, and it's not adjustable.

If you're feeling bad about this; don't. The VC actually means that you have self-adjusting torque bias based on tractive effect.
