my question is, I took my tranny off to do a clutch and when I got to the flywheel I noticed that it's really light in weight, now, are the n/t's supposed to be light or do I have auto flywheel....or tell me whats up with these modular units...LOL please help

Automatic transmissions do not use a flywheel, they use a flex plate, instead of a clutch, they have a torque converter which bolts to the flex plate, then which the transmission's input shaft slides into the torque converter. So if you have a car with a manual transmission, there is no chance of you have an auto flexplate. As for a weight difference in the N/T, I honestly do not know, the stock flywheel should weigh about 21lbs for an AWD, I would assume the FWD car is roughly the same in weight.
